Warranty Policy

Warranty Period:

The warranty period is 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Warranty Period: Depending on the specific situation, you can enjoy free repair or replacement service.
  • After the warranty period: Users can choose to pay for the repair service, the cost will depend on the type of problem.

Note: During the repair period, the user is responsible for the round-trip shipping cost of repairing, replacing or returning the product.

 

Warranty Coverage:

During the warranty period, if the product has a manufacturing defect or material problem, we usually provide the following services:

  • Free Repair: If the product fails and the problem is within the warranty period,we will provide a free repair service.
  • Free Replacement: For products that cannot be repaired or for serious faults, we will  offer a replacement service.
  • Return service: In some cases, if the product is faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced, we will provide a return service.

 

△ What is not covered

The warranty does not cover the following situations:

  • Human damage: such as damage caused by improper operation, dropping, impact, etc.
  • External damage: such as scratches , broken casing, etc.
  • Unauthorized repair or modification: such as self-repair or repair by an unauthorized service provider.
  • Abnormal use: such as the use of accessories that do not comply with product regulations, damage caused by the environment is too harsh (high temperature, high humidity, etc.).
